Try this 25 minute workout three ways!

Give this a try and let me know how you do.

Variation #1:

Do the following movements on the 5 minute mark for 5 rounds

  • 5 tire flips
  • 10 double kettlebell jerks
  • 15 box jumps
  • 20 kipping pull ups (or ring rows)

Variation #2:

Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of the above movements.

Variation #3:

Do 5 rounds of the above as fast as possible.

Here’s one round of court yard fun!

Great workout, love all 3 variations but I think my favourite is AMRAP in 25min. Nice vid and thanks for posting it. Curious how heavy your tire is and I love the tower, got any drawings? Thanks

Tire is about 350 lbs. I just put some blueprints for the tower in the member area.
