Yesterday’s group conditioning workout was our kettlebell and body weight 2 minute torture.

This is probably our favorite kettlebell and body weight conditioning workouts.

On the 2 minute mark for 10 rounds (20 minutes total) perform:

  • 5 burpees
  • 5/5 kettlebell snatches
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings

Here’s a cool body weight version I did yesterday. The movements I chose didn’t eat up as much time, but it was pretty challenging.

The next time I may do this with a weight vest or add 25 jumping jacks to the end.
