Lots of times I’m crunched for time and don’t even have 30 minutes to get my workout in.
Actually, it’s just about every day!
There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for not training due to time restraints!!
My favorite thing to do in this situation is put a few kettlebell and body weight movements together, set my timer for 15 minutes, or whatever time I have to spare and let it rip.
I like to keep things simple with either a upper body emphasis (push/pull), or full body triplet (lower body, upper push and upper pull), or a lower body/upper body couplet (push or pull).
Sometimes I will simply do 15 minutes of kettlebell snatches, jerks or long cycle.

Here’s what I did today:
Set the Gym Boss for 15 minutes and go!
- 5’/5 kettlebell speed press (fast paced strict press)
- 5 pull ups off the USA
I managed to get 14 rounds of this.
70 pull ups and 140 speed press (20kg’s)
