Add these kettlebell press variations to your strength training!

Lots of people asking “How do I work my chest with kettlebells?”

Here are two press variations to add to your arsenal if you haven’t already.

One variation is a simple kettlebell floor press, the other is a little more dynamic.

The second variation is one that I learned from Mike Mahler back in the old RKC days.

Let me know if you’ve used these press variations before.

thanks Mike for those past couple of videos….very helpful and much appreciated ….question– do you personally when training your chest, ever use dumbbells/barbell benches or strictly KB’s and assorted variations of pushups…..danke

Mike Stehle 7:01 am - 29th January:

Hey Richard, I do not bench or do dumbell presses anymore. I stick to the floor press and use the rings for push ups with a weighted vest mostly. I also stay away from dips. My shoulders feel healthier. Nothing against those movements, it’s just my personal preference.
