Hey Mike

I have a quick question. When you do 5 sets of 5 reps (5×5) with a partner or solo about how long does it take for the person on average or solo to finish. I really like the idea but im hung up on if they dont get through the workout or if they finish like 15-20 minutes before others in the class. Have you run into that. I feel there paying for the hr workout and the workout from warm-up to cool down should be in the hr.

thanks tom

Are you talking about today’s body weight workout? This one took longer then one hour. If they are doing the movements right it’s a long one.

hey mike

thanks for the reply. Actually im talking about workouts where you work in partners or solo and its done for reps ie 5×5 workouts. My camp runs for 1 hr with warm up and cool down included. I love the challenge workouts but its just easier to do things for time. Do most go over if there 5×5 workoiuts with x amount of exercises

thanks again
