My new favorite kettlebell snatch workout!

I do at least one snatch workout per week.

I will definitely use this as one of my staples.

Try this out.

Workout up in time and rounds gradually. Work up to 30 minutes with one weight. When that weight gets to easy, then do this with a heavier bell, drop the time back and work up with that bell.

Try to alternate between forward and backward rope skips between each snatch set.

This is sure to rev up the metabolism!

Crank up some good tunes and go!!

I was wondering what brand of jump rope you were using in the video (the red one). And where do you get yours ?
Thanks

Hey Josh, it’s a weighted rope from monkey bar gym https://monkeybargym.com/idevaffiliate/pages/207.php
