Here’s what I did today.
Warm up:
5 minutes of joint mobility
Various kettlebell and body weight movements to get ready.
Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning Circuit
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 6 rounds non-stop
- Kettlebell strict press (left) rest 20 seconds between each side 6/6 reps
- Kettlebell strict press (right)
- Pull up ( I got 10 reps each time)
- Suspended 1 leg squat with kettlebell (left) 6/6 reps
- Suspended 1 leg squat (right)
- Suspended knees to chest (10 slow reps)
I used the Jungle Gym XT for suspension work
Weights used per round:
- rounds 1 and 2: 24 kg
- rounds 3 and 4: 28 kg
- rounds 5 and 6: 32 kg
Finsher:
10 minutes of:
- 30 seconds of snatches (15 sec on each side)
- 30 seconds of weighted jump rope
Did this non stop for 10 minutes
