Uncle Mike’s kettlebell snatch challenge (video)

Give this fun challenge a try.

Advanced Men should use a 24kg bell and advanced women a 16g.

Other wise, use what you can and have fun with this.

Remember to lock out each snatch over your head and do solid push ups.

If you’re not good on the jump rope, now’s a good time to practice.

See if you can get this done in under 20 minutes.

Do this challenge and let me know how it goes!

Also, please do me a big favor and “like” below or even hit the facebook button and share this with your friends. Please spread the word.

I tried your workout Mike. Really enjoyed it. I ended up doing the jump rope with forward revolutions only. :) Completed in 23 minutes.

Hey Simon, that’s great!

Thanks for stopping by!

Mike Stehle 6:56 am - 3rd March:

Yeah Todd, you need a decent rope for this. One with some weight to it help, or a good speed rope.

matt 8:31 am - 3rd March:

This one rocks, Mike. I’m doing it today with some dudes, and put some clients through it last night. From the way they were swearing about it, I’d call it the MoFo.

Mario 8:37 am - 3rd March:

Nice workout….
the only thing i hate, as i train barefoot, is when the rope bangs the fingers of my feet!
