So the last few days of training looked like this.
Sunday: Mountain biking with Boxing Mike and Chris R.
Monday: Kettlebell clean/press and weighted pull up ladders 3(1,2,3)
- I used a 24kg for the first round of presses and pull ups
- I used a 28 kg for my second ladder
- I used a 32 kg for my third ladder
I finished my last set of pull ups with the 32 and tried to get as many reps as I could.
I finished up with Tabata squat jumps with a 24 kg kettlebell on the boxes for 6 rounds of 20/10, then did Tabata Power wheel walks forward and backward for 6 rounds.

Since yesterday focused on upper body, today I decided to do something fun and different.
The Candy Man and I pushed the Prowler to the beach and back. Even though we didn’t load it up with weight, it was pretty challenging.

@Irene, I thought it was appropriate music. I would love to push the prowler through Spring Lake just to see the looks I would get. HAAAAA!!
