Today is challenge day, and here’s one we like to throw in every once and a while.

Get a two round kettlebell warm up first:

  • 10 swings/ second round 4/4 one handed swings
  • 10 push ups/second round 8 half burpees
  • 10 high pulls/ second round 4/4 cleans
  • 5 presses/ second round 4/4 snatches
  • 5 squats/ second round 4/4 clean and presses
  • 5 thrusters/second round 10 moutain climbers
  • 5/5 one arm rows
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Kettlebell 300 Challenge!

Get through this one time for time.

Advanced men will use a 24 kg and advanced women will use a 16kg.

Advanced individuals will also complete all the reps on one side before moving to the other (clean and presses and snatches)

  • 25 v-sits
  • 25/25 snatches
  • 25 push-ups
  • 50 swings
  • 50 squat thrusts
  • 25/25 clean and presses
  • 50 mountain climbers
