We will be officially opening our doors on November 15 and will be offering a full schedule of group training classes!

To kick off the opening of Training Room Point Beach, will be offering a FREE intro class at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 12.

We’re ONLY looking for serious individuals who care about getting RESULTS!

Please…no tire kickers!

Jim and I put our lives into our training system and feel very strongly that we do offer the BEST fitness training in Ocean and Monmouth County.

Our Grand Opening Celebration will take place on November 26 and will commence at 7:30 am with our usual Saturday group class schedule.

TO AVON MEMBERS!!!

ALL of our group training classes will be held in the the Point Beach facility on this day.

PLEASE bring a friend or family member with you!

And….

There will also be a 10:30 and 12:00 class added to the schedule on that day.

We will have our great friend and actual Training Room member, Soccer superstar, Christie Rampone  there that day hanging out with us.

Stop by and say hi to Christie before she goes off to train for the Olympic Games!!

We will have giveaways, contests, prizes and will raffle off 3 months of FREE Training to one lucky person.
