Roam Roller Alternatives for Muscle Recovery

If you’re like me, you are always in search of new ways to keep yourself healthy and feeling good…

The foam roller has is great tool for recovery and myfacial release and also a big part of our program here at The Training Room.

Some other tools include The Stick, Lacrosse ball, Thera Cane etc…

It’s great to try different tools to see what works best for you.

With that in mind…

Here is a great alternative to the foam roller.

Or “Roam Roller”

Give it a try and just let it flow.

I liked the dismount. LOL. I’ve used a basketball just like this when my foam roller was not available.
