Milkmans week in review!

I hope everyone had a good week while I was away.  My vacation was awesome, the weather was great and the company even better.  Although I was on vacation I still had to put in some major training, since I am only 4 months out from the Ironman and 3 weeks out from the Jersey Shore marathon.  Here is my week in review.

Sunday 2o mile run:  Monday 1:30 ride, strength WO:  Tues 2hr ride, 40min run: Wed 1:00 Hard track WO:  Thurs 1:45 ride, strength WO:  Fri 22mile run (not fun!).

Last week was the 4th week in The Training Rooms 8 week workout cycle, so we will  be repeating week one starting today! This week starts out with KB deck of cards. Have fun!

Nice to see you blogging Jim .. What’s the rate/pace for the bike rides ?

The bike rides paces were around 18.mph. They were used mostly as recovery rides after the long runs.
