It’s been a while since my last update…

I don’t like to post just for the sake of posting, but rather share information that I feel is valuable.

On that note…

For about a year now I have really cleaned up my diet (it really wasn’t that bad to begin with), and have also made what I feel to be a “game changing” addition to it.

With this simple addition to my diet, I have been able to train hard and add pain free running back into my routine.

As a matter of fact, I am running like a teenager and the only other change to my routine is the addition of the bullet proof coffee.

Here was yesterday’s run…


Of course, smart and consistent strength training ( The Training Room System) has also been a factor.

If you are a coffee drinker, you will want to pay attention.


Organic Coffee
Unsalted Kerry Gold grass fed butter ( we get this as Trader Joe’s or the cheese section of Shop Rite)
Organic virgin coconut oil ( you can get this at any supermarket or health food store)

I substituted organic coconut oil for the MCT oil just for the simple fact that I love coconut.
