Extra Credit Workouts
If you’ve been training with us, or following us in any way, you already know about “Extra Credit”
I’m not talking about YOU, Extra Credit Chris…
What I’m referring to here is what we call a “finisher”.
If you are looking to burn some extra fat while increasing your conditioning levels, you will want to take advantage of extra credit.
If you’re pressed for time and can’t get to the gym, here’s something you can do at home with one kettlebell and a medicine ball.
Sometimes these mini training sessions are exactly what you need to get some work in during the day without taking up too much of your time.
This particular one will only take 6 minutes of your time, but can also be adjusted to your liking by decreasing or increasing work/rest intervals and even sets.
