Don’t be afraid to pick up a heavier weight and go slightly outside of your comfort zone.

Let’s all become stronger humans, and build more lean muscle so we can become fat burning machines!

This is why we like to focus a lot on simple strength and want EVERYONE to build that muscle!

Here’s Friday’s strength session…

30/30 x 6 rounds

  • Heavy swings 1 or 2 kettlebells
  • Heavy Push-press 1 or 2 kettlebells
  • Heavy 1 arm rows or renegade rows

REST 2-3 minutes

  • Curls
  • Diamond push-ups, bench or bar dips
  • Ab choice
