Here’s what we will be doing…

30/30 x 6 rounds of the following body weight strength circuit…

Any squat including pistols, Hindu squats, deck squats, air lunges, air squats or any other variation you can think of
Any kind of push up (there are limitless types)
Leg curl, bird dogs, or any type of back extension such as superman’s
Any kind of pull up or bod weight pulling movement
Any type of ab movement
