There is no better training then with your own body weight. It’s what nature intended. ALL body weight movements can be modified to vary the intensity of the movement and overall training session. Your level of strength and ability will determine which body weight progression you choose. As you progress, you will chose more difficult options.
In our video library you will find detailed video instruction on how to perform each body weight movement found in our workouts. We will give several options for different levels of strength and ability. We will use tools such as gymnastic rings, pull up bars, suspension devices (TRX, swing sets), plyo boxes and more to enhance your body weight training experience!
