25 Minute Kettlebell Workouts: Here’s a good one to try out at home!

If you have 25 minutes to spare, try this one out.

This was a nice mix of heavier kettlebells and some body weight stuff with the USA.

I did this workout on Monday with my client/friend/favorite accountant and book keeper, Laura E.

Try this 25 minute workout three ways!

Give this a try and let me know how you do.

Variation #1:

Do the following movements on the 5 minute mark for 5 rounds

5 tire flips
10 double kettlebell jerks
15 box jumps
20 kipping pull ups (or ring rows)

Variation #2:

Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of the above movements.
