Another Great 20 Minute Kettlebell Workout!

Try this with a heavier bell!

Very similar to our 2 minute torture, but with 3 movements instead of 4, pushing the weight a little more.

You can always sub body weight rows for pull ups.

On the 2 minute mark, do:

5 pull ups
5/5 Jerks
15 kettlebell swings

This= 10 rounds in 20 minutes.

We had 11 teams total come out for the madness including two teams from Philly and several from North Jersey.
