20 Minute Kettlebell USA Training!

Here’s one of my favorite ways to train using my favorite piece of suspension equipment.

The USA requires no adjusting and allows you to transition quickly from one movement to the next.

I chose 4 movements the at hit pretty much the entire body.

Try this 25 minute workout three ways!

Give this a try and let me know how you do.

Variation #1:

Do the following movements on the 5 minute mark for 5 rounds

5 tire flips
10 double kettlebell jerks
15 box jumps
20 kipping pull ups (or ring rows)

Variation #2:
