Reps as fast as possible.  Do not sacrifice form!

Do 20,16,12,8 reps of:

  1. Kettlebell snatches R/L
  2. Push ups
  3. Kettlebell Swings (2 handed)
  4. 1 arm row R/L
  5. 1 arm racked kettlebell thrusters R/L
  6. Burpees or get on the rower for 400,300,200,100 meters

Spilt up the reps on the one handed exercises.  For example do 10/10, 8/8, 6/6, 4/4 reps of snatches thrusters and 1 arm rows.
