Do 5 rounds of 40 work/20 rest on the gymboss with 40 seconds between each round

  1. Alternate leg lunges holding the bell at the chest.
  2. Clean and press R/L Switch (at the 20 seconds)
  3. Snatch R/L
  4. Squat (hold the bell at the chest)
  5. Walkouts
