Today I started out with 10 minutes of get-ups.

5 minutes with the 32kg, then switched to the 36 and did the same.

Then clean/press ladders coupled with weighted pull ups

  • c+p ladders 4(1,2,3) w/32kg
  • weighted pull ups 4(1,2,3) w/20kg hooked on toe

Tomorrow will be V02 snatch day!
