I took a day off from Max V02 snatches today for a little variety.

The body was not quite ready for all that volume today, so I went with this one:

  • 5/5 kettlebell snatches
  • 10 slam ball
  • 10 box jumps
  • 10 calories on the rower

Get as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:  For me, it was 7 full rounds.

This one was a keeper
