  • Do 20 seconds of work/10 seconds rest of each movement for 8 rounds
  • Take 1:30-2:00 rest between each

  2. Push ups
  3. Kettlebell snatches
  4. Burpees
  5. Kettlebellhigh pulls
  6. Mountain climbers
