Do 30 second intervals at each station with no rest until you get through all six!
  • Jumping pull ups
  • Burpees 
  • Kettlebell swings 
  • Thrusters  
  • Kettlebell high pulls  
  • Slam Ball 

Take 1:30 rest between rounds and do 5 rounds.
