Conditioning Couplets

I can tell it's Holloween.

I saw some pretty scary faces at the 6am class this morning.

Here's the workout for today

20,16,12,8 reps of each couplet before moving on to the next

  • C2 Rower (cals) and push ups
  • Kettlebell snatches and slam ball
  • Dumbell thrustrers and Jumping pull ups

Blast through each couplet as fast as you can with good form.
