8,12,16,16,8,12  reps as fast as possible of:

  1. Kettlebell swings
  2. Slam ball
  3. Jumping pull ups
  4. Push press R/L (split the reps on each side)
  5. Kettlebell snatch R/L (split the reps)
  6. Burpees or mountain climbers
