The group is kicking some serious glute max.  We are getting crazy fit, so I had to decrease the recovery intervals today.

Four rounds: work/rest 30/25, 30/20, 30/15, 30/10

  1. Sand bag stepups
  2. ring rows/jumping pullups
  3. thrusters
  4. burpees or mtn. climbers
  5. Air dyne bike
  6. kb swings
  7. pushups
  8. med ball situps
