Tabata Couplets: Move back and forth from one to the other for 6 rounds of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off at each station. There will be 2 minute break between couplets.
- Jumping pull ups/wall ball
- rower/airdyne bike (6 rounds on each)
- High pulls/mountain climbers
**The more you put in to this, the more you will get out of it!!
