5 minutes of TGU’s with 32 kg alternating sides w/each rep

Then…

30 minutes alternating each drill on the minute:

  • Kettlebell snatches 5R/5L (32kg+15lb weight vest)
  • 6 Pull ups(15lb weight vest)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24" box wearing 15lb weight vest)

Total reps:

  • 100 snatches
  • 60 pull ups
  • 100 box jumps

Finshed up with 5×25 yard Prowler pushes 30 second rest between rounds.
