Go around 5 times non-stop circuit style.  Take a 20 second rest between each side. Stay at the plank for 1 minute.

  1. Pistols, assisted pistols or reverse lunges L/R
  2. 1 arm row
  3. Clean and Press
  4. Swings L/R
  5. Plank
