Today’s workout is Tabata(20 seconds work/10 seconds rest) style 6 rounds of these 6 exercises.  Complete the 6 rounds of 20 on 10 off each exercise with a minute rest between each.

  3. slam ball
  4. rower
  5. sit ups
  6. jumping pull ups
