Move then don’t move…
Hey Training Room family!
Friday is strength day and we will be doing a different version of our static strength workout.
We will perform reps through full range of motion for 30 seconds and then hold for 30 seconds for each movement that is done.
Here what it will look like.
30 seconds move/30 second static hold/30 seconds rest x 4 rounds of this circuit…
- Squats (body weight,or hold a kettlebell or med ball)/hold at 90
- ring rows or pull ups (hold at the top)
- Supermans or bird dogs
- push-ups( static should be held at the bottom of the motion)
- Ab choice followed by static (try some dead bugs) or hollow holds
