Do 30 second intervals of each movement with no rest until all 6 movements are complete.

Take 1:30 rest between rounds.

Do 6 rounds of this:

  1. Kettlebell swings
  2. Burpees
  3. Snatches
  4. Mountain climbers
  5. Kettlebell cleans (one arm)
  6. Kettlebell thrusters (one arm)

Complete the full 30 seconds with one arm on the snatches,cleans and thrusters with each round. Alternate sides with each round
