Grab a bell, stay in one spot and let it rip!!

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Burpees
  • KettlebellSnatches
  • Mountain climbers
  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • Kettlebell Thrusters

Go through these movements circuit style performing each movement for 30 seconds non-stop.  Take 1:30 rest after each circuit.

Do 6 rounds!
