"Kettlebell Deck of Cards"

Jim is on vacation this week(much needed), so myself and MB will be covering for him as he is soaking up some sun and hopefully relaxing.

Do the appropriate amount of reps for each suit. 

  • Face cards=10
  • Aces=12
  • The Joker=12 burpees
  • Split the reps up on all bilateral movements (snatches, 1 arm rows)
  1. Hearts=clean/catch/squats
  2. Diamonds=push ups
  3. Clubs= 1 arm rows or pull ups
  4. Spades=snatches

As the weather changes, we are looking forward to getting outside.  Get ready for a few surprises.  Stay tuned!!!
