Todays Training

21 minutes of kettlebell snatches using three different weights.

I alternated between the 24, 32, and 36kg doing 6r/6l with the 24, 5r/5l with the 32 and 4r/4l with the 36kg kettlebells on the minute for 21 minutes.

I will gradually bump these reps up as I decrease the work time.

Since I’m training for the TSC elite division which uses the 32kg, I will be using the 36kg as a big part of my training.

The whole Idea here is to get the the 32kg to feel light.
