They’re an incredible mix of strength with a little bit of a conditioning component for some calorie burning.
A perfect follow up from yesterday’s challenge.

Here are your ten minute strength triplets
Triplet 1: Rounds for 10 minutes
- 5/5 cleans or 10 dead lift option
- 10 push-press or push-up
- 10 cals bike
REST 2 minutes
Triplet 2: Rounds for 10 minutes
- 5/5 split squat
- 5/5 row option
- 10 cals ski erg
Rest 2 minutes
Triplet 3: Rounds for 10 minutes
- 10/10 Twist choice
- 10 knee ups (abs)
- 10 calories row
