Four Round Strength Circuit
Here are the intervals of work/work/rest in seconds
- Round 1: 30 right /30 left /30 rest
- Round 2: 25 right/25 left/ 25 rest
- Round 3: 20 right/ 20 left/ 20 rest
- Round 4: 15 right/15 left/15 rest
Increase your weight with each round!
Here’s the Circuit:
- Sand bag step ups R/L (switch sides after 30 seconds)
- Kettlebell Clean and press L/R
- Sit ups and reach/V-sit (switch movements after 30 seconds)
- 1 arm row or renegade row
- 1 arm swing or kettlebell snatch L/R
- Plank w/weight
