Four Round Strength Circuit

Here are the intervals of work/work/rest in seconds

  • Round 1: 30 right /30 left /30 rest
  • Round 2: 25 right/25 left/ 25 rest
  • Round 3: 20 right/ 20 left/ 20 rest
  • Round 4: 15 right/15 left/15 rest

Increase your weight with each round! 

Here’s the Circuit:

  1. Sand bag step ups R/L (switch sides after 30 seconds)
  2. Kettlebell Clean and press L/R
  3. Sit ups and reach/V-sit (switch movements after 30 seconds)
  4. 1 arm row or renegade row
  5. 1 arm swing or kettlebell snatch L/R
  6. Plank w/weight
