30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 30 minutes of non-stop action.
This ends up being a total of 6 rounds.
- Double kettlebell cleans or sand bag cleans
- Double kettlebell press or band press
- Double kettlebell front squat
- Pull ups
- Knee ups
Do the first round with light weight then step it up for the next 5 rounds.
