  • row 600, 500, 400, 300
  • box jump 20,16,12,8
  • kb swings 20,16,12,8
  • jumping pull ups 20,16,12,8
  • burpees 20,16,12,8

Do 600 meters on the rower followed by 20 of each, then 500 meters followed by 16 reps of each, etc..etc..etc…
