- box jump 20,16,12,8
- kb swings 20,16,12,8
- jumping pull ups 20,16,12,8
- burpees 20,16,12,8
Do 600 meters on the rower followed by 20 of each, then 500 meters followed by 16 reps of each, etc..etc..etc…
