Four Rounds (on the Gym Boss) 30/30, 30/25, 25/25, 25/20
Go up in weight were appropriate after round 2.
- Pull ups
- Band shoulder press
- Kettlebell front squat
- Low back extension
- Kettlebell snatch (switch sides after each round)
- Ring row
- Push up or power push up
