Yesterday was conditioning day!

Here's what I did.

15/15 intervals of 7 reps r/l for 50 sets with 24kg bell

Then 10 minutes on the Air Dyne Bike at 60 rpm.

Today will be intervals on the C2 Rower

5x 500 meters
