  1. 60/30
  2. 50/25
  3. 40/20
  4. 30/15

Here’s the Circuit.  Switch sides half way through where appropriate

  1. Pistols or box lunge R/L
  2. Walkouts or plank
  3. 1 arm band row R/L
  4. 1 arm kettlebell clean R/L
  5. 1 arm push press R/L
  6. Elbow to knees or sit and reach
