- 200 jumping pull ups
- 200 air squats
- 200 push ups
- 200 m row
- 200 burpees
- 200 kettlebell snatches
- only one partner goes at a time
- no more then 10 reps can be performed at a time
- all reps must be perfect or they do not count!
- what ever you start, you must finish in the same way
- one you have completed a station, move immediatley to the next
- if you are doing the workout solo, go back and forth between 2 stations and do 10 reps or less at each, the move on to 2 more.
