- Kettlebell push press L/R
- Wheel holds
- Split squat L/R
- Renegade Row
- Kettlebell clean L/R
- Ab mat (slow)
Spit the intervals between R/L sides. Perform the Power wheel holds and Ab mat sit ups for the entire interval.
Move up in weight with each round if possible.
