The weekend is here.

We had a challenging week, make sure you are getting plenty of recovery and drink more water because it’s going to be hot this weekend.

Friday is strength day.

We’ve got a 2 part strength workout lined up for you.\

Part 1

1 minute work/ 1 min recovery x 10 rounds of the following

  • Clean and Jerk or push-press with one or 2 kettlebells

REST

Part 2

Get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of the following single kettlebell and body weight circuit.

  • 10 ring rows
  • 5/5 kettlebell row, or 5 pull=ups
  • 5/5 split squat
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 ab choice / 10 calories or 100 revolutions on the jump rope OR 50 Jumping jacks
