Thursday is strength day…

We’ve got a nice simple single kettlebell strength session and it IS a crowd favorite!

We do 20 seconds of work with a 10 second hold between each movement.

This is what it looks like:

Go through the entire set with both arms before resting for one minute.

This will be considered 1 round.

We will be completing 6 rounds of the following…

  • 20 seconds of cleans (right side)
  • 10 second rack hold
  • 20 seconds of overhead press
  • 10 seconds overhead hold
  • 20 seconds of single racked or goblet squat
  • 10 seconds squat hold at 90 degrees
  • 20 seconds of 1 arm rows
  • 10 second hold at the top position of the row
  • 20 second plank option
  • 10 seconds to get ready to do the other arm

After completing both sides, then rest 1 minute and repeat 5 more times.
